Cookie Policy
We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies to make the app and our campaign pages work and, if you allow it, to understand how they're used. You're in control: measurement works as described below, and you can change your choice at any time. This policy complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. In the app, and in your browser on our campaign pages, the same job is also done by data stored on your device (such as browser storage) and by the identifiers that the measurement tools below use; this policy covers all of them.
Categories we use
Essential — Login session, fraud checks, and a record of your tracking choice. Not optional.
Preferences — Theme, language, odds format and filters. Stored because you chose them; they never leave your device for measurement.
Measurement and advertising — AppsFlyer and Google Analytics for Firebase, and your device's advertising ID. Google Analytics and in-app measurement stay off until you agree. In the UK and EEA, AppsFlyer also stays off until you agree; elsewhere it records the install when the app is first opened. On our website's campaign pages: the Meta Pixel and AppsFlyer, only after you accept there.
Specific cookies and storage
Sign-in session (device secure storage) · essential — Keeps you signed in. Ends after 30 days without using the app, or when you sign out.
App settings · preferences — Theme, language, odds format, filters and similar choices.
Cached app text · essential — Lets the app show its menus and labels quickly.
Consent record (Google's consent tool) · essential — Remembers the tracking choice you made, so we don't ask again.
AppsFlyer ID · measurement — Created when AppsFlyer starts: in the UK and EEA only after you agree, elsewhere when the app is first opened. Links the install, and after you agree your in-app actions, to the campaign that led to them.
Google Analytics app instance ID · measurement — Counts how the app is used; only after you agree.
Advertising ID (IDFA on iPhone, Android advertising ID) · measurement — Lets ad networks measure their campaigns. On iPhone, only if you allow tracking.
Cookie choice (website, browser storage) · essential — Remembers whether you accepted or rejected measurement on our campaign pages, for 12 months.
_fbp, _fbc (Meta Pixel, website cookies) · measurement — Identify your browser and, if you came from a Meta ad, the ad click, so Meta can measure the campaign. 90 days; only after you accept.
ss_incoming_params, ss_webReferrer (AppsFlyer, website browser storage) · measurement — Hold the campaign details from the link (2 hours) and the page you came from, so the download button carries them. Only after you accept.
Managing choices
In the app:
Profile → Privacy Settings.On iPhone:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.On Android:
Settings → Privacy → Ads, to delete or reset your advertising ID.On our website:
Cookie settingsat the bottom of our campaign pages. Our other web pages set no tracking cookies.
Disabling essential storage will sign you out and break core functionality — that's why it's not optional.
Do Not Track
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, our campaign pages don't show the cookie banner, measure nothing, and the download button goes straight to the app store. Our other pages don't track you at all.
Policy changes
If we add a new category of storage or measurement we'll ask for your consent again. Minor clarifications are published here without a re-prompt.
