Account deletion

You can permanently delete your Odds Scanner AI account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by contacting us.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Odds Scanner AI app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Tap Delete Account (below Sign out).

4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email support@oddsscanner.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email address and avatar.

• Your tracked bets and followed tips.

• Your alerts and notification settings.

• Your app preferences — market, language and odds format.

• Any support messages you have sent us.

Data retention

We delete your personal data as soon as your request is processed. We do not keep it afterwards, except for limited records we are legally required to retain (for example, to meet tax, security or anti-fraud obligations), as described in our Privacy Policy.
